Nelson Mullins is looking to add a Litigation Associate to its South Florida Commercial Litigation group in the Fort Lauderdale office. As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a dynamic office.

Utilizing your experience in litigation and insurance defense litigation, you will join a tenured team that litigates complex business cases and represents various corporate entities. A friendly, collegial, and professional office, our Fort Lauderdale lawyers practice in areas ranging from healthcare, litigation, white collar defense, bankruptcy, and more. You have 3 to 6 years of meaningful commercial litigation experience, and you feel confident in your abilities to usher a successful client experience. You enjoy legal research and persuasive writing. You are well-versed in taking and defending depositions. Preferably, you have experience in insurance defense litigation, professional liability, D&O, and/or Employment matters. You pride yourself on your written and oral advocacy skills and are admitted, and in good standing, to the Florida Bar.
