Corporate Associate - Securities

All candidates are asked to submit a cover letter, resume, and a copy of their law school transcript. 

You have at least three years of meaningful experience working at a midsize or large law firm on public company and private company securities transactions and 1934 Act reporting requirements, with additional experience in mergers & acquisitions a plus. You are familiar with ’33 and ’34 Acts and feel comfortable reviewing and preparing SEC filings, public and private offering documentation and advising clients on compliance obligations. Experience working with real estate or other investment funds and REITs is a plus. With strong academic credentials and writing, analytical, and communication skills, you approach your work with a productive and positive attitude. You are admitted to practice in good standing in a state where Nelson Mullins has an East Coast office.

• At Nelson Mullins, we are dedicated to transparent and fair compensation practices. Pay for this position is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance bonuses and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.
  • The salary/wage for this role is $230,000 - $350,000 annually.
