This position offers the opportunity to lead and support a broad range of operational and strategic initiatives across the Marketing Department. The Marketing Operations Manager oversees departmental operations to ensure alignment and integration across all marketing functions, including digital marketing, communications, marketing technology, client relations, business development, events, and proposals.
In this role, the individual leads and develops a high‑performing team, manages and coordinates cross‑functional marketing projects, and monitors project health by tracking budgets, timelines, and key performance indicators. The manager also implements corrective actions as needed. The role is central to driving continuous improvement efforts that increase efficiency, reduce redundancy, and enhance the internal client (attorney) experience.
Additionally, the Marketing Operations Manager establishes and maintains governance frameworks for project intake, prioritization, support guidelines, and workflows, while developing standardized quarterly reports and dashboards to measure performance and ensure alignment with firm priorities and service standards.
