This position is open to the Boston, NYC, D.C., Charlotte, and Atlanta office locations. The National Arbitration Litigation & Employment Team at Nelson Mullins is a litigation team that covers most of the East Coast. The team has many litigation focuses such as high stakes business litigation and class action defense, FinTech/cryptocurrency litigation, and government investigations and white-collar defense. Clients include financial institutions, Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, hedge funds, and companies/individuals involved in the cryptocurrency industry in a wide array of internal/government investigations and commercial litigation. You are a Junior Litigation Associate with meaningful commercial litigation experience. Prior service as a federal law clerk is a plus. Your background includes legal research and writing, discovery, drafting and arguing motions and taking and defending depositions. Experience in the area of class action defense, financial services, and/or government/internal investigations is a plus but not a requirement. You possess exceptional oral and written advocacy skills and have strong academic credentials.
