You are someone who communicates proactively, collaborates well across teams, and can confidently keep recruiting workflows moving with limited oversight. A background in attorney or law‑school recruiting—especially OCI and Summer Associate Program coordination—will help you thrive in this role, along with a high level of comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
