Overview

Nelson Mullins, an Am Law 65 firm, is searching for a Litigation Associate to join its Los Angeles office. This will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a dynamic team in a growing office. The ideal candidate has strong litigation experience and feels confident defending product liability lawsuits.

A Day in the Life

Positioned twenty minutes from downtown Los Angeles and twenty minutes from Redondo Beach, the Nelson Mullins Los Angeles-area office serves as the center of its West Coast presence and its attorneys offer a range of transactional and litigation services to clients in a variety of industries including automotive, banking & financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, and energy. All candidates are asked to submit a cover letter, resume, and copy of their law school transcript. 

We Know You

Drawing from your six months to five years of meaningful experience within the product liability/toxic tort and/or mass tort litigation fields, you feel confident in your abilities to usher a successful client experience. You are well-versed in taking and defending depositions and have prior experience in drafting dispositive, expert, and/or discovery motions. You pride yourself on your written and oral advocacy skills and are admitted to the California Bar (required).
