Nelson Mullins is seeking an Associate to join its Litigation group in Raleigh, North Carolina. As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a dynamic team. **NO AGENCIES PLEASE**

A Day in the Life

You will be joining a skilled group of attorneys who provide legal representation attuned to the sensitive nature and intensity of oversight involved in healthcare transactions, claims, and regulatory matters.

We Know You

You have at least three years of meaningful experience in commercial and complex litigation matters. Prior service as either a federal or state court clerk is a plus. You’re prepared to draft and argue discovery and other motions, take and defend depositions, and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to the team. You possess exceptional oral and written advocacy skills, strong academic credentials, and a deep understanding of procedural and substantive law. You are adept in case management, ready to take the lead, and are admitted to and in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar.
