Nelson Mullins, an AmLaw 60 firm, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Assistant to manage the day-to-day operations of our Atlanta office. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and functional work environment by supporting a variety of building-related tasks. The role also includes support for firm events, space planning changes, and may involve assisting with construction projects or equipment installations. Physical tasks such as lifting and moving boxes (up to 50 lbs) are part of the job, as is occasional travel between office locations and availability for after-hours or weekend work when needed. If you're a problem solver who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.

We’re looking for candidates who can apply core knowledge, solve problems, and make sound decisions within established practices. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are key, as this role works closely with colleagues and clients to deliver quality results. While you’ll work under general supervision, you’ll also have the opportunity to grow your expertise and provide guidance to others.
