A Day in the Life

Firm attorneys in Atlanta have worked on many business and legal developments in the Southeast and beyond, including national class action court cases, formation of public companies, financial institution capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and work on important pro bono cases. 

 

Experienced in the area of real estate finance, you will spend your days serving as counsel to national financial institutions. As a strong team player, you will fit right in with our collegial and intellectually engaging work environment.

We Know You

You have 3 to 6 years of meaningful of structured finance experience and/or real estate development experience. The position involves various aspects of commercial real estate finance, including, warehouse financing, loan securitization, complex finance structures, mezzanine finance and equity investments. You have strong writing, analytical, and communication skills. You are admitted to the state Bar in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, New York or Texas.

 

  • The salary/wage range is $230,000 - $295,000 annually. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance bonuses and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.
