A Day in the Life

In this dynamic role within our fast-paced Commercial Real Estate practice, you'll provide essential support to attorneys and collaborate with a dedicated team. You'll play an integral role in all transaction phases, from reviewing and abstracting agreements and leases to analyzing title and survey documents and drafting related correspondence. You'll orchestrate closings, managing everything from coordinating the process to preparing and issuing title insurance policies and handling post-closing matters. Additionally, you'll expertly manage commercial real estate leasing, drafting and reviewing leases and ensuring compliance. Your keen eye for detail and ability to coordinate with clients and title companies will be key to maintaining transaction momentum.

Your computer proficiency for document organization and management, along with your overall technological familiarity, will further enhance your capabilities. Both as an independent worker and a team player, you excel, and your proactive, self-starting mindset allows you to understand the finer details within a broader context.

  • A paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred but relevant work experience will be considered as a substitute.
  •  You must have experience in title and survey review, with previous exposure to real estate transactions in a law firm setting.
