This position is open to professionals in Atlanta, Baltimore, Charlotte, Charleston, Cleveland, Columbia, Dallas, Greenville and Raleigh.
As the Sr. Coordinator, your daily responsibilities will involve leading a three-person team to execute a high volume of creative projects, managing workflows, delegating tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met while acting as the project manager collaborating with the Marketing Liaison Team to coordinate marketing materials for various practice groups. You'll also work with the Communications Team on design for PR, social media, and internal efforts, manage the firm's website maintenance and design projects, oversee select cross-functional marketing initiatives, act as a brand steward for consistent external promotions, lead the team in identifying AI solutions for efficiency, and handle photo shooting, editing, and optimization for marketing and internal use.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s or associate degree in graphic design, or a similar field, along with 5 or more years of relevant experience, and proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro). They are a self-motivated individual who doesn't require micromanagement. Strong project management skills, which is essential for managing multiple projects, delegating effectively, and ensuring resources are allocated appropriately to meet all deadlines. They will also manage the daily maintenance of the firm’s external website and lead website-related design projects. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work are also necessary. Experience with the backend of external websites for adding articles, bios, and graphics is a plus.
