Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, an AmLaw 100 law firm, is in search of an E-Discovery Associate to join Nelson Mullins in its discovery practice group, in either its Charlotte, North Carolina, Nashville, Tennessee, or Columbia, South Carolina, office. This is an opportunity for an associate to join an expanding and fast-paced practice that offers a range of litigation-related discovery and counseling services to clients in a variety of industries.
You will be joining a dynamic team of litigators and technology professionals who have substantial courtroom experience at the state and federal levels for client across the country. You possess 2 to 5 years of meaningful experience in complex litigation, with significant exposure to discovery issues. You have a litigation background and have prior experience in negotiation and motions practice. You are a first-rate communicator whose written and oral advocacy skills are outstanding and can quickly build a great rapport with clients, particularly in-house counsel and information technology teams. Proficiency in the use of e-discovery software, particularly Relativity, is preferred but not required. You are admitted to and in good standing (or willing to be addmitted to) in North Carolina, South Carolina, or Tennessee.
