Experience in representing clients within the Branded Residences, Hospitality, Tourism, and Leisure sectors. Advising clients on the negotiation, structuring, and amendment of governance documents for various clubs and communities, including golf, tennis, marina, polo, spa and fitness, and dining clubs. Overseeing the development and management of residential and resort communities, mixed-use projects, community associations, and condominiums, providing both legal guidance and operational solutions. Assisting in integrating Western legal and business practices into foreign jurisdictions, delivering creative and effective legal solutions aligned with local regulatory frameworks. Advising clients on mergers, licensing agreements, marketing strategies, and management contracts crucial to the success of club and residential projects. Building and maintaining long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to developers, hotel operators, club owners, and community associations. Ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services while fostering clear communication, trust, and advocacy for clients. Utilizing exceptional written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical thinking to advocate effectively for clients.
You have a minimum of 8 years of substantial experience in hospitality, tourism, leisure, and residential law, with deep expertise in governance, development, and operational issues. You possess strong expertise in negotiating and drafting complex legal agreements, including governance documents, management contracts, and consumer agreements. Your ability to navigate cross-border legal frameworks allows you to provide innovative solutions for clients in international development projects. With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you are adept at engaging with and advising senior leadership and international clients. You have a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and handling complex, multi-jurisdictional projects. Your exceptional analytical, oral, and written advocacy skills, combined with strong communication abilities, ensure you confidently represent clients' interests. Your extensive experience in hospitality and real estate law, with a focus on global projects and international transactions, will be essential to your success in this role. You will have excellent academic credentials and be admitted in good standing with the Florida Bar.
