Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Conflicts Analyst to join our dynamic team at an AmLaw 65 law firm. In this key role, you will take ownership of running and analyzing conflict searches for all new clients and matters, playing a vital part in identifying and resolving potential conflicts of interest.

This position is fully remote; however, candidates who prefer an in-office work environment may discuss options with the hiring manager during the interview process.

A Day in the Life

You will work closely with Partners and their teams to assess the nature of any potential conflicts and develop effective strategies to resolve them. This includes collaborating with the General Counsel’s office as needed to secure appropriate approvals and ensure compliance throughout the conflict resolution process. Accuracy and thoroughness are paramount in this position. You will be responsible for documenting all conflict resolutions and ensuring that all relevant party and matter information is entered precisely into the firm’s conflicts database. Additionally, you will serve as a go-to resource for conflict resolution questions, providing valuable guidance to attorneys and the business intake team.

As a Senior Conflicts Analyst, you will also have the opportunity to take on special projects, working closely with the Conflicts Manager, other Conflicts Department personnel, the General Counsel’s office, and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement across the firm.
