Located near the city’s majestic Point State Park where the Monongahela and Allegheny Rivers meet to form the Ohio River, our Pittsburgh office opened in 2023 and provides a variety of corporate and litigation counsel to clients.
Our corporate team has experience in advising local and national clients on middle-market transactional matters, securities real estate, and business tax. Our litigators have experience in bet-the-company issues, arbitration, general commercial work, intellectual property and trade secrets, real estate litigation, warranty, and creditors’ rights issues. The office also features a strong private client practice with experience in estate and nonprofit issues, including estate planning, tax, and litigation. With at least three years of meaningful corporate/transactional experience, you are knowledgeable in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, joint ventures, business formations and negotiation and drafting of contracts. You possess strong writing, analytical and communications skills, and you have excelled academically. You are admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar or admitted to and in good standing with another state's bar (and willing to sit for the Pennsylvania Bar exam).
