Nelson Mullins, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients to identify and cultivate revenue opportunities, while providing essential marketing guidance to our attorneys. Your work will be pivotal in helping attorneys establish and achieve their business development objectives.
Key responsibilities include offering business development support to attorneys and aiding in crafting personalized strategies. You will contribute to the strategic focus on boosting the Firm's sales, evaluate the quality of services provided to clients by gathering feedback and compiling comprehensive reports, and participate in monthly meetings with attorneys to review and enhance business development tactics.
Additionally, you will collaborate with teams and practice groups to develop effective marketplace strategies, assist lateral attorneys with their integration into the Firm by creating tailored business development plans, and facilitate training sessions for associates on foundational business development strategies.
The Business Development Coordinator may also be responsible for special projects as assigned by the Director. Regular interaction with a diverse array of timekeepers, supervisors, colleagues, and other staff members via phone, email, and in-person is typical for this role. Proficiency in the Firm's technology is essential for fulfilling most duties. Familiarity with the standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT department is required.
