Data Steward

The Charlotte office of an AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Steward to join our Marketing team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the customer relations management system, assisting with document integration, and providing essential support to the staff on best practices. This role is integral to our operations, requiring a combination of physical tasks and technical expertise. This position is considered Part-time and will work up to 25 hours per week.

This position is also open to the Charleston and Columbia offices.

The Data Steward will work closely with the CRM team to address data quality issues, while striving to improve current best practices. Perform daily, weekly and quarterly tasks relating to maintaining and improving the quality of InterAction contact data. Fix and update incomplete contact data while assisting with data integrity checks by contacting users via phone, email, and in-person. Applying and adhering to Nelson Mullin's data standard and data use policies when supporting the Marketing staff and other users.

The Data Steward should have a strong customer focus, be very responsive to user requests, be a team player, have great attention to detail and have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of firm personnel. We are looking for proactive, reliable, and detail-focused individual who is ready to hit the ground running. Strong computer and critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently is necessary.

Experience with DealCloud is strongly preferred.
