The ideal candidate has experience in construction litigation.

You will be joining a knowledgeable team involved in litigation, claims analysis and risk management, and large-scale infrastructure programs and projects (procurement, contracting, and claims). You have 10+ years of litigation experience, you are well-versed in covering a broad spectrum of construction matters, including payment disputes, and design and defect claims. You will represent contractors, developers, and owners in all aspects of the construction process, including contract preparation and negotiation, risk management to prevent disputes, and resolution of disputes after construction via mediation, arbitration, and litigation. You have experience working on matters ranging from contract administration issues to alternative dispute resolution proceedings to litigation. With excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communications skills, you engage in your work with a productive and positive attitude and are a member of the Florida Bar.
