Overview

Nelson Mullins is seeking a Business Litigation Associate to join its litigation group in the Atlanta office. As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a dynamic team. The ideal candidate has experience in complex litigation.

A Day in the Life

You will be joining a highly skilled team of attorneys who have substantial courtroom experience at the state and federal levels. The Atlanta office itself is located at Atlantic Station, a brownfield reclamation and mixed-used development that houses everyday amenities including alternative transportation options within walking distance. We Know You

With 18 months to 5 years of business litigation experience, you feel confident in your abilities to manage and drive cases forward while ushering a successful client experience. You are skilled at conducting and supervising electronic discovery, at drafting substantial dispositive, expert, and/or discovery motions, and you are confident in your ability to argue motions and take and defend depositions. With excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communications skills, you engage in your work with a productive and positive attitude. You are a member of the Georgia Bar or admitted to and in good standing with another state's bar (and willing to go through the Georgia Bar’s admission process).
