Overview

Nelson Mullins is looking to add a new associate to its litigation group in the Orlando office. This will offer a unique opportunity to a strong associate who wants to be part of a fast-paced team at an AmLaw100 firm. The ideal candidate has experience in a variety of aspects of commercial litigation and business torts.

A Day in the Life

One of the fastest growing and most dynamic cities in the country, Orlando’s economy is as diverse as our clients’ needs. Our office occupies two floors of the 390 North building located in the heart of downtown Orlando with a view of Lake Eola.

 

You will be joining a hard-working team devoted to client success in an array of commercial litigation fields, including real property litigation, banking, creditor’s rights, contract disputes, construction litigation, probate matters, partition, business valuation, merger litigation, and governmental zoning and land use litigation. We Know You

Drawing from your meaningful experience (4-6 years) within the commercial litigation field, you feel confident in your abilities to usher a successful client experience. You are well-versed in taking and defending depositions and have prior experience in drafting dispositive, expert, and/or discovery motions. You pride yourself on your written and oral advocacy skills and are admitted to the Florida Bar (preferred).
