Overview

Are you seeking to become an integral member of an electronic discovery/document review services team? Look no further, as the Encompass Group of Nelson Mullins, a national, AmLaw 100 law firm, is searching for an E-Discovery / Document Review Project Manager!

This position is available for either our Columbia, SC; Nashville, TN;

A Day in the Life

You will serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between merits counsel, client teams, and review teams ensuring  project requirements are met from implementation through closeout. As a member of the Encompass Discovery Counsel Team, you will manage multiple teams to efficiently move data through the EDRM while substantively and technologically supporting the attorney teams leading discovery efforts. You will prepare documentation needed for matter support, including project specifications, tracking, review manuals, and reports. You will monitor daily activity, provide status reports, and administer feedback to first-level reviewers to resolve unforeseen issues and ensure projects stay on track and on budget.  Additionally, you will communicate regularly with the QC and leadership teams to ensure generation of exceptional work-product, track project progress, adhere to established timelines, and perform final quality checks.

We Know You

You have working knowledge of litigation technology, including key applications, databases and programs such as Relativity, Concordance, Cellebrite, and Clearwell. Additionally, you possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail to effectively evaluate  production set quality  via use of  complex queries, metrics, and other tools. Moreover, you have excellent project management skills, including experience in developingreports, processes, and systems that generate  predictable resultsfor large and complex projects. Finally, you have strong communication, interpersonal,and team-management skills required to provide guidance and feedback to both review and QC teams.

 

A Juris Doctorate/JD degree is required. We are looking for a minimum 2 years’ of experience in managing large document review teams. Along with experience in managing quality control process for document review projects.
