Real Estate Associate - Affordable Housing & Tax Credits

Nelson Mullins law firm is looking for a junior to mid-level real estate associate to join its Affordable Housing group. As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of an expanding team who shows up for their clients. This is a nationwide search, and the opportunity is open to multiple large markets.

Our office occupies two floors of the 390 North building located in the heart of downtown Orlando with a view of Lake Eola. You will be joining a hard-working team that represents for-profit and nonprofit developers in the development, acquisition, construction, rehabilitation, operation and sale of affordable multifamily housing for families and seniors throughout the US utilizing a wide range of federal, state and local affordable housing programs. You have 2-4 years of meaningful experience in real estate with a strong background in title & survey, easements and leases. You possess excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communications skills.  You are detail-oriented, have excellent follow through and are a member (in Good Standing) of the Florida Bar or are willing to seek admission to the Florida Bar.
