Nelson Mullins is growing rapidly and so is our Human Resources Department. We are looking to add a Payroll Assistant to this expanding team.
The Payroll Assistant assists in the management of all aspects of the processing of bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payroll schedules. The Assistant will report to the Human Resources Manager for guidance on these additional tasks:
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of payroll and financial services experience, preferably within a law firm. Successful candidates will exhibit great judgment and confidentiality, strong computer skills, including Dayforce, Aderant, and Microsoft Office. Must be meticulous, organized, deadline-oriented and a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
