Of Counsel - Part Time

We are seeking to hire a talented and experienced attorney with 15+ years of experience in trusts and estate planning to support our highly sophisticated Estate Planning Practice in Boca Raton. This will offer a unique opportunity for an experienced attorney who is interested in working on a part-time basis (approximately 12-15 hours per week) with an Am Law 100 law firm.

You will be joining a team of estate planning and trust attorneys in Boca Raton who practice sophisticated matters involving asset protection, wealth preservation strategies for high-net-worth individuals and families, business planning, and estate and family generational planning for a wide array of affluent individuals and their businesses. You would be working on a part time basis (approximately 12-15 hours per week).

You have at least 15 years of experience in meaningful trust and estate planning experience working in a large law firm. You can draft and prepare complex estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and healthcare directives, and have collaborated with attorneys and team members to ensure efficient and seamless client service. You possess exceptional analytical, oral, and written advocacy skills and have strong communication skills.  You have a proven track record of employment stability and longevity and have large law firm experience representing complex estate planning matters. You will have excellent credentials, have an LL.M. in Estate Planning and/or Taxation, admitted and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
