Nelson Mullins is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its litigation group in the Baltimore office. As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a dynamic team.

From both the boardroom and the courtroom, our Baltimore attorneys offer local and national clients progressive yet practical strategic advice in transactional matters, intellectual property, business disputes, general corporate, litigation strategy, and more.

We Know You

Drawing from your two to five years of meaningful experience within the product liability/mass torts and/or commercial litigation areas, you feel confident in your abilities to usher a successful client experience. You are well-versed in taking and defending depositions and have prior experience in drafting dispositive, expert, and/or discovery motions. You pride yourself on your written and oral advocacy skills and are admitted to the Maryland Bar (required).
