Looking for a rewarding opportunity with a top AmLaw100 firm? NMSource is seeking a Practice Assistant to join our creative and dedicated team in Nashville, Tennessee or remotely across the country. In this role, you will provide essential support for our corporate client legal department operations, sourcing, and technology initiatives.
As a Practice Assistant, you will collaborate closely with attorneys to track critical performance metrics, collect, and report data for our clients, and manage operational systems and processes for the team. You will work closely with other Nelson Mullins business functions, including Admin Assistants, Accounting, HR, Marketing, Business Development, and IT, to deliver client programs and foster shared accountability for outcomes.
In addition, you will work alongside the Managing Director, Marketing, and Business development teams to create case studies, marketing materials, and website content. You will also build dynamic relationships with current and potential NMSource talent and track and market our talent network.
To excel in this role, you will need a BA/BS degree from an accredited four-year college or university, strong collaboration skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple inputs. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and a culture of accountability and connection. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must, as is proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (with emphasis on Excel, PPT, Teams, Forms, SharePoint, and PowerBI). Experience with writing Macros and knowledge of HighQ, SalesForce, or Yardi software are preferred but not required.
