Commercial Litigation Associate

Nelson Mullins law firm is looking to add a Commercial Litigation Associate to its team in the Los Angeles office.  This is a unique opportunity to join an expanding practice that offers a range of litigation services to clients in a variety of industries.

You’ll be joining an outgoing and fast paced team that handles all aspects of litigation. Many of the attorneys have worked in-house for major motor vehicle manufacturers and they draw on the resources of the Firm to provide national and international clients counsel in areas including employment, environmental, intellectual property, and technology matters. Our LA office is positioned twenty minutes from downtown Los Angeles and twenty minutes from Redondo Beach. You have at least four years of meaningful experience in class actions, general commercial litigation, and other complex litigation matters, including products liability or multi-district litigation in a mid-size or large law firm setting. You’re prepared to draft and argue discovery and other motions, take and defend depositions, manage document productions, and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to a growing office. You possess exceptional oral and written advocacy skills with strong academic credentials. You are adept in case management, ready to take the lead, and are admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar.

Pursuant to the salary transparency provisions of the Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act, please find the compensation range specific to this role if based in the state California:

• Los Angeles, California pay range for this role, with final offer amount depending on experience is $220,000 - $310,000.
