The Boston office of a regional law firm seeks an Administrative Support Assistant. This is an administrative position in a fast-paced litigation environment where attention to detail and accuracy are important. The ideal candidate is well-organized, customer service focused, has professional oral and written communication skills, types a minimum of 60 wpm, is able to prioritize multiple assignments, and works well under pressure with a “can-do” attitude. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is required; some office experience is preferred.
This position does have the potential to be partially remote.
The position will be responsible for various administrative tasks, which may include expense reports, filing, time entry into a database, uploading and organizing documents in our document management system, processing mail, assisting with elements of trial preparation, and other duties as assigned.
