Nelson Mullins is looking to add a Project Attorney to its NMSource team. As an AmLaw100 firm, this position offers a unique opportunity to an attorney who desires a flexible working environment and to be part of an innovative team serving large clients in a creative manner.

A Day in the Life

Whether based in NMSource’s Nashville office, remote, or at one of our 30 nationwide locations, you’ll be joining a growing and dedicated team handling commercial and multi-family housing real estate transactions that serves as leader in affordable housing initiatives and developments.  Relevant matters will include reviewing and analyzing commercial title commitments, title insurance documents, real estate surveys, purchase and sale agreements, and assisting in the preparation of closing documents, statements, and title objection letters.

We Know You

You are a talented attorney with real estate experience who desires performing work in a more flexible manner for top-tier clients.   You have gained at least 3 years of meaningful experience with a focus on real estate and experience drafting real estate agreements and all aspects of the title commitment and insurance process.  You are admitted to and in good standing with at least one state bar, with excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communications skills. Admittance in Florida is a strong plus.
