Project Attorney

Nelson Mullins is looking to add a Project Attorney to its NMSource team. As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to an attorney who desires a flexible working environment and to be part of an innovative team serving large clients in a creative manner.

Based in NMSource’s Nashville office, one of our other 30 nationwide locations or remote, you’ll be joining a growing and dedicated team handling a wide range of commercial contracts for a US based multinational manufacturer and marketer of skincare, makeup, fragrance and hair care products. You will provide legal advice and support to various brands and to corporate functions within the company, in connection  with eCommerce, omnichannel, consumer-facing technology, and related matters.  Relevant matters and contracts will include marketing, information technology, advertising technology, digital and online, social media platform, agency agreements, and insertion orders. The length of this project is expected to be 6 to 12 months.

You are a talented attorney with in-house or law firm experience who desires performing work in a more flexible manner. You have gained at least 5 and up to 15 years of meaningful experience with a focus on commercial transactions.  You possess excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communications skills, and are  admitted to and in good standing with at least one state bar association.
