Our Baltimore office is seeking an experienced  Administrative Assistant to join our busy litigation practice!


This position does have the potential to be partially remote. 

A Day in the Life

You’ll provide a high level of administrative support and assistance to a busy team of litigators. This position requires a proactive team player with a “can do” attitude as no two days will be the same.

Responsibilities include:


  • Preparing, revising, and finalizing legal documents including correspondence, pleadings, and discovery
  • E-filing in Federal and State courts
  • Opening new client/matter engagements
  • Travel coordination
  • Scheduling meetings, depositions, and mediations
  • Maintaining attorney calendars
  • Attorney time entry
  • Expense reimbursement and invoice processing
  • Monthly client billing
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), a stronghold on technology, and the ability to thoroughly proofread is a must.
  • Experience with a document management system, billing software, and time entry program.
  • Electronic docket filing experience is strongly preferred.
