Overview

Nelson Mullins law firm is looking for a mid-level associate to join its Corporate group in the New York City office. This is a unique opportunity to have your expertise valued and join an expanding team at an AmLaw 100 firm!

A Day in the Life

The New York office is located just a few blocks from Grand Central, the busiest train station in the country, and is also close to many of the city’s thriving arts, fashion, and entertainment venues. As a global center for commerce and home to many influential corporations and financial institutions, New York City offers the Nelson Mullins attorneys an opportunity to serve corporate clients with their financial services needs. You’ll be joining an established and tight-knit team that represents middle market companies, venture capital and private equity investors. Want to know more about the New York office? We Know You

You have at least three years of meaningful corporate/transactional experience. You’re knowledgeable in the areas of venture capital, and mergers & acquisitions and equip to draft purchase and merger agreements. You are a member of the New York bar with excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communications skills.
