  • Overview

    The Orlando, Florida office of Nelson Mullins Broad & Cassel seeks a Commercial Real Estate Administrative Assistant with 5+ years of experience including knowledge with closing documents, title insurance policies and other real estate related information.


    • Prepare/revise/finalize correspondence and documents and other clerical assignments as delegated
    • Maintain attorney calendars; make travel arrangements; process monthly expense reports
    • Run conflict checks, open new client/matter engagements, maintain electronic and paper client files, set-up billing requirements for clients
    • Enter attorney time in time entry system
    • Schedule client meetings, communicate with clients as necessary
    • Assist with billing/client invoices


    • Must have excellent administrative and legal skills, be professional, well organized, a self-starter, detail-oriented, have ability to multi-task, be able to prioritize assignments, prepare closing binders, and work well under pressure.
    • Proficiency using Microsoft Suite products is required.
    • Typing of 65+ wpm
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment by organizing and prioritizing multiple time-sensitive tasks on a daily basis
    • Excellent proofreading skills
    • Courteous and can-do attitude.
    • Experience with a document management system, billing and time entry programs preferred
