    The Winston-Salem office of a regional AmLaw 100 law firm seeks an Administrative Support Assistant.

     

    Must be professional, well-organized, detail-oriented, customer service focused, have professional oral and written communication skills, be able to prioritize multiple assignments, and work well under pressure with a “can do” and positive attitude.  The primary responsibilities of this position are to cover reception and operations.  The position will also provide administrative support to attorneys and senior administrative personnel.

     

    Candidate must also be proficient in Microsoft Office to include: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Windows, as well as being adept at learning new systems.  College graduate with office environment experience preferred..

     

    Responsibilities

     

    • Ordering office supplies
    • Managing incoming and outgoing mail
    • Arranging meetings and managing conference room schedules
    • Assisting with various office events
    • Providing assistance to senior administrative personnel and attorneys
    • Responsible for administrative tasks, which may include expense reports, files, time entry into a database, mailings, saving documents to our document management system, assisting with various project preparation and other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Candidate must also be proficient in Microsoft Office to include: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Windows
    • Recent college graduate with office environment experience preferred.

    • Be able to prioritize multiple assignments, and work well under pressure with a “can do” and positive attitude.
