Corporate Associate

Nelson Mullins Broad & Cassel is seeking a senior associate to join its Corporate & Real Estate team in Boca Raton, Florida.

Candidates should possess the following: 

• At least 5 years of meaningful corporate/transactional experience;
• Experience in the following areas required: mergers & acquisitions, general corporate and real estate ventures;
• Excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communications skills; and
• Florida Bar admission preferred.
