Technology Specialist – Life Sciences sought to join Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP’s Intellectual Property group in Boston. The candidate will work directly with attorneys and patent agents on IP matters for leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Primary responsibilities include patent preparation and prosecution, patentability and freedom-to-operate analysis, opinion and due diligence projects, and client counseling. The Technology Specialist will receive mentoring and training in the practice of intellectual property law, as well as the opportunity to attend law school.
