    The Tallahassee, FL office of Nelson Mullins seeks a Real Estate Litigation Administrative Assistant with 5+ years of experience. 

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare/revise/finalize correspondence and documents and other clerical assignments as delegated
    • Comparing documents
    • Maintain attorney calendars; make travel arrangements; process monthly expense reports
    • Run conflict checks, open new client/matter engagements, maintain electronic and paper client files, set-up billing requirements for clients
    • Enter attorney time in time entry system
    • Schedule client meetings, communicate with clients as necessary
    • Assist with billing/client invoices

    Qualifications

    • Excellent Administrative and Legal Skills
    • Well Organized
    • A Self-Starter
    • Detail-Oriented
    • Have Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment by Organizing and Prioritizing Multiple Time-Sensitive Tasks on a Daily Basis
    • Type a Minimum Of 60 wpm.
    • Excellent Proofreading Skills
    • Work Well Under Pressure
    • Proficiency Using Microsoft Suite Products Is Required
    • Experience E-Filing Preferred
