Responsibilities

Myrtle Beach, SC office of an Am Law 100 law firm seeks a Corporate Real Estate Administrative Assistant with 5+ years of real estate experience.  Experience with real estate transactions including drafting title commitments and policies is required.  Probate experience is helpful.

Qualifications

Must have excellent administrative and legal skills, be professional, well organized, a self-starter, detail-oriented, have ability to multi-task with excellent oral and written communication skills, type a minimum of 60  wpm., be able to prioritize assignments, prepare customary closing documents and binders, and work well under pressure.  Proficiency using Microsoft Suite products is required.
