The Boston office of Nelson Mullins seeks a Litigation Administrative Assistant with 5+ years of experience in a mid-sized law office environment.
Must have Massachusetts litigation court filing experience, docketing experience, time entry and billing, and legal skills. Must have strong administrative skills including travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, calendaring. In addition, must be professional, well organized, a self-starter, team player, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with excellent oral and written communication skills, type a minimum of 60 wpm. Must be able to prioritize assignments and work well under pressure. Proficiency using Microsoft Suite products – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - is required, along with a document management system.
