Responsibilities

Charlotte, NC office of regional AmLaw 100 law firm seeks an Administrative Coordinator with HR and/or Supervisory experience.   Duties include: interviewing candidates, employee relations, conducting staff evaluations, coordinating work flow for office, supervising staff and legal secretary duties.  

Qualifications

A minimum of 3+ years of legal experience is required to support a litigation team of attorneys and paralegals.  Candidate must be professional, organized, detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, able to prioritize, and type a minimum of 60 wpm.  Above average proficiency using Microsoft Word and Windows is required. Excellent salary and benefit package.
